Sometimes I feel like a black Leonardo Da Vinci, except I'm not as talented as him yet. Anyways! Some relatively quick studies done on some downtime at work.
I've learned so much more about skulls, I used to think the overall shape was uniform, turns out skulls are just as unique as the flesh and hair on our bodies!
A continuation of said pit bulls on this post. I normally don't draw pit bulls in such a grotesque and fearsome manner but I can understand why people see them that way. These were loosely based on the game type specifically for fighting which tend to have a more zombified look.
Most of these were from imagination but the one were people are holding up another person were from reference. When I remember what it is I will link it here.
When I drew the first studies (top image) I was hardcore into designing for Felidae, specifically for Kong. Another feline character inspired from another character in the book / movie was a replacement for said character / added on by me and she had two Staffordshire terriers as henchmen of sort. For whatever reason I became silly and bastardized their concepts beyond reason. :'D
